We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing Department in Iasi!
In this role you will
Research, identify, and prospect for new leads in different markets, such as the USA, EMEA, APAC;
You’ll be focused 90% of the time on SMB and 10% on bigger Enterprise accounts;
CRM usage and data integration, part of your job will not only be to research the companies but also integrate them in the company’s CRM (Hubspot) and enroll them in the company’s outbound campaign.
The role of prospecting will go further and you’ll also have to engage the leads you’ve identified using various methods, depending on what works best for you, but be aware, cold calls will be a part of that;
You’ll also use a variety of software tools to help while you research and prospect (Lead Generation tools, Video messaging, Sequence Management);
Who we are looking for
You bring authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
Have passion for sales and strong determination to build a long-term career
Have excellent verbal and written English. It’s a plus if you speak another international language (French, Spanish);

VR Game Developer
Iasi Full Time Game DevelopmentIs game development your thing? Join our in-house team that builds immersive products and action-adventure VR games for the international entertainment and leisure industry.
In this role you will:
Develop and deliver exciting new VR games;
Participate and contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and estimation of tasks or projects;
Implement gameplay features and enhancements;
Rapidly and efficiently build prototype environments and props in game engines;
Work closely with other disciplines (Game Design, UX, 3D Design, Visual Design);
Able to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment where goals and requirements may constantly be changing;
Committed to learning and sharing with the team to help achieve overall goals.
What skills do you need:
Experience working with Unity 3D;
Excellent skills in C# and at least 2 years of experience in C# programming;
Strong knowledge of OOP principles;
Ability to write clean, concise, and optimized code;
Experience with a game development cycle;
Understanding client-server architecture in the context of game development;
Experience with Profiling/Debugging and optimization by CPU, GPU, memory, and build size.
What would make us even happier, though not mandatory:
Experience designing and implementing gameplay mechanics for a wide range of game types;
Experience with: game physics, AI, and pathfinding;
Experience in developing VR applications is a plus.

(1) We drink coffee (or tea) together and know each other better.
2) We talk about your passion - we will ask you to show us some of your work or to create something new, to prove your skills.
(3) If we have a match, you receive the job offer. The hiring process is over and we can start to innovate together!
How much does the hiring process take?
Around two weeks, depending on your availability also.
Can I see and try the products?
Of course, the Arkadia VR Arena is in our office and we play whenever we need a break.
How have you handled the pandemic in terms of employment?
We kept the team in the initial formula in the first part of the pandemic and created a lot: new games, marketing materials, and concepts for future products. When the situation was better we started to grow it again.
